Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
SnapRate gives businesses a platform for satisfaction surveys, alerts, reports and loyalty programs. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have.
Data we process
- Survey answers and any contact details the person chooses to share (name, phone, email).
- Loyalty member data: name, phone, email, date of birth if provided, points and activity.
- Account data for our business clients' users: name, email and role.
- Data you send through the forms on this site, such as a demo request.
- Basic technical data, such as IP address and server logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To provide the service to our client businesses: showing results, sending alerts and reports, and managing points and digital cards.
- To send notices to the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet card when the person has added it.
- To answer demo and contact requests.
- To keep the platform secure and running.
We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Google user data
When an authorized user connects a Google account, we only request the minimum permissions needed for the feature they turned on. We do not share or transfer that information to third parties, or use it for advertising.
SnapRate's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from the platform or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Who we share data with
Only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, email and messaging delivery, Apple and Google for digital cards, and payment processors), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Retention and security
Each client business's information is stored separately from every other business. SnapRate decides how long it is kept, within what the law allows, and applies reasonable technical measures to protect it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
